About the job Head of B2B Sales - Oil Refinery
A fast-growing company in the edible oil manufacturing industry, is looking for a Head of B2B Sales to lead and grow our sales operations across domestic and international markets.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute end-to-end B2B sales strategies, with a strong focus on revenue growth and client acquisition

Manage and expand relationships with existing key accounts, while identifying new opportunities across sectors such as food manufacturers, distributors, HORECA, and export markets

Lead and mentor the B2B sales team to achieve sales targets and operational excellence

Utilize existing network/rolodex of clients within the coconut oil, edible oil, or FMCG ingredient industry to accelerate business pipeline

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to maintain competitive edge

Collaborate with internal departments (production, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth execution of contracts

Oversee negotiation and closing of high-value contracts in both local and global markets

Provide regular sales performance reports, forecasts, and market insights to leadership
Requirements

Minimum 8-10 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within coconut oil, palm oil, edible oils, or related FMCG ingredients

Strong existing network of B2B clients from similar industries (food processing, HORECA, commodity buyers, trading houses, etc.)

Proven success in revenue generation, key account management, and sales leadership

Solid understanding of domestic and international trade practices, including export documentation and compliance

Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (additional languages are a plus)

Willing to travel for business development and client meetings
Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with commodity pricing structures, bulk order contracts, and B2B trading mechanisms

Demonstrated ability to scale up B2B sales teams and processes from the ground up
