Business Controller - Technology

About the Company

Our client is a reputable company operating in the technology infrastructure, with nationwide operations and a diversified business structure. The organization manages multiple business units and the Business Controller will play a key role within the finance function, supporting financial planning, budgeting, and performance analysis across designated business units.

Key Responsibilities

• Review Performance Management Report and variance analysis (realization vs budget vs forecast vs previous month vs previous year)
• Support the annual budgeting, rolling forecast, and periodic financial planning processes
• Analyze companys business process in all departments to optimize business efficiency and continuous improvement
• Prepare regular management reports, performance dashboards, and analytical presentations for finance and business leaders.
• Act as a finance partner to key internal stakeholders, including Commercial, Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Marketing teams.
• Analyze cost structures, margins, and key performance indicators to support operational and commercial decisions.
• Develop and maintain Excel-based financial models, planning templates, and reporting tools.
• Support ad-hoc financial analysis and management requests as required.

Requirements

• Min.7 years of relevant experience in Business Controlling, FP&A, or Management Accounting.
• Experience within consumer goods, retail, distribution, or lifestyle-related industries is highly preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; exposure to reporting or planning tools, and speak fluent English.
• Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to work fully onsite in Jakarta.
