We are looking for an experienced Marketing Head to lead our marketing strategy, brand positioning, and demand generation efforts. This role will oversee a multidisciplinary team, driving initiatives that enhance market presence, generate quality leads, and strengthen customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead brand positioning, messaging, and communication across channels to build strong market presence.
- Drive lead generation campaigns, nurturing prospects through effective marketing funnels.
- Oversee digital marketing, content creation, events, and PR to ensure consistent brand storytelling.

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Masters degree is a plus).
- Minimum 8 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving measurable marketing results in a complex sales environment.
- Strong knowledge of brand building, digital marketing, and demand generation.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Experience in working closely with sales and product teams to drive go-to-market success.
