Privacy Policy

The personal data of unsuccessful applicants will be destroyed within 12 months of the recruitment process being completed by the appointment of a candidate for the relevant position. For certain candidates who are considered suitable for appointment (potentially for another position at Wise Bank other than the one applied for) but who are not successful in securing the position applied for, it is the Bank’s policy to retain their personal data on a reserve list for future recruitment purposes for a period of 24 months from completion of the recruitment process (as defined above). In the event that there are suitable vacancies in our organization during this period, we may further review the relevant candidates’ applications in consideration of a possible offer of employment. 

Pursuant to the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486), a person who provides personal data to the Bank has the right to request access to and correction of his/her personal data held by the Bank. Requests for access to or correction of personal data should be made in writing to Manager (Human Resources) of the Bank by email to anna.tsui@manatal.com in accordance with the Bank’s Privacy Policy.
