Key Purpose of the Role:
As a Technical Support Specialist, youll be the first point of contact for clients in the APAC region, helping them with issues related to web, Android, and iOS applications. Your background in software development will be invaluable as you troubleshoot complex issues, collaborate with internal teams, and ensure clients are satisfied. Youll be based in the stunning location of Phuket, playing a vital role in companys growth & success across APAC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Support: Assist APAC clients with their web and mobile (Android, iOS) app queries and issues.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Use your technical skills to diagnose and resolve application issues, escalating complex cases to the engineering team when needed.
- Communication: Keep clients updated and informed through email, chat, and video calls, ensuring a positive support experience.
- Collaboration: Work with internal product and engineering teams to ensure smooth service delivery and contribute to the companys success in Southeast Asia.

About You:
- Software Development Background: You have experience in software development, allowing you to understand and solve technical issues with ease.
- Customer Support Experience: You have experience in B2B customer support, preferably in a tech-driven or fintech environment.
- Technical Skills: Youre skilled in troubleshooting web, Android, and iOS applications, and comfortable using your technical expertise to solve problems.
- Communication: Youre fluent in English and can explain technical issues to non-technical users.
- Bonus Skills: Knowledge of APIs, app development, or testing is a plus.
- Thai Language Skills: Thai nationals or fluent Thai speakers are required.
