Job Summary: The Marketing Director will be a leader within Wisesight, responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive product adoption, enhance product visibility, and achieve business objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, capable of leading a high-performing team to deliver impactful marketing communication across various channels. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of product marketing, digital marketing, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Marketing Communication:
Develop and oversee all product marketing communication strategies for new and existing products, ensuring clear, consistent, and compelling messaging that resonates with target audiences.
Collaborate closely with product development, sales, and customer experience management teams to understand product roadmaps, features, and benefits, translating them into effective marketing materials.
Define and articulate the Customer Value Proposition (CVP) for each product, highlighting key benefits and differentiating features.
Develop and lead the communication plan for all new and existing products, including product launches, feature updates, and initiatives.
Define the communication and content pillars for each product to effectively articulate its value proposition and benefits to target audiences.
Ensure consistent and impactful messaging across all touchpoints and channels, driving maximum engagement and understanding.
- Marketing Events:
Strategically plan, organize, and execute all marketing events, ensuring they align with and support overarching business goals and product promotion.
Collaborate closely with the Product Development team and Business team to define event objectives, develop a cohesive event strategy, and identify key messaging and product showcases for both public and owned events.
- Digital Marketing:
Oversee and optimize SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, enhance site authority, and drive high-quality, relevant website traffic.
Develop and execute comprehensive lead generation strategies across all digital channels (SEO, content, paid advertising, and owned communication) to consistently fill the top of the sales funnel.
Lead content marketing initiatives, including blog posts, case studies, infographics, and videos, to educate and engage target audiences.
Oversee and optimize the entire lead management funnel (MQL to SQL), working closely with the Sales team to define, track, and improve conversion rates at every stage.
Establish and maintain robust systems for lead scoring and nurturing to efficiently convert Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
Develop and manage the strategy for all paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads) to ensure optimal Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and maximize lead volume and quality.
- Team Leadership & Management:
Lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Set clear goals and objectives for the team, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
Ensure the team operates effectively under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
- Budget Management:
Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve marketing goals.

Event Impact & Business Alignment: Beyond logistics, you're expected to ensure all marketing events are strategically aligned with business goals and product promotion. This includes successfully collaborating with product and business teams to craft events that directly contribute to lead generation, brand visibility, and client relationships.
Digital Growth & Engagement: You'll be accountable for significantly improving Wisesight's digital footprint and organic visibility through expertly managed SEO and engaging content marketing initiatives. This role requires driving measurable increases in website traffic and audience engagement.
Digital Growth & Funnel Mastery: You'll be held accountable for significantly improving Wisesight's digital footprint and organic visibility, demonstrating expertise in end-to-end lead funnel management. This role requires driving measurable increases in website traffic and audience engagement, with a primary focus on efficiently converting MQLs to SQLs and improving the overall quality and velocity of leads passed to the Sales team
