Responsibilities:
- Survey, analyze and summarize data on social media using social listening tool
- Issue report and check for correctness and quality
- Ensure the quality and working process of partner team
- Monitor news and issues on social media channel
- Special task as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Age not over 35 years old, New Graduate are also welcome
- Proficient in computer skills and Microsoft Office (Especially; Excel – PowerPoint)
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
- Enjoy using Social Media in Daily life and be enthusiastic with Social Trend
- Able to work as a part of team and adaptive in work
- Able to work on shift and have time management skill
Following skills are preferable:
- Good command of written English
- Able to design and have experience in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Google Data Studio
