Responsibilities:

  • Survey, analyze and summarize data on social media using social listening tool
  • Issue report and check for correctness and quality
  • Ensure the quality and working process of partner team
  • Monitor news and issues on social media channel
  • Special task as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • Age not over 35 years old, New Graduate are also welcome
  • Proficient in computer skills and Microsoft Office (Especially; Excel – PowerPoint)
  • Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
  • Enjoy using Social Media in Daily life and be enthusiastic with Social Trend
  • Able to work as a part of team and adaptive in work
  • Able to work on shift and have time management skill

Following skills are preferable:

  • Good command of written English
  • Able to design and have experience in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Google Data Studio
