Job Description
- Culture & Internal Communication
Manage official internal communication channels (Internal Website, Google Suite)
Produce internal content across Social Media (IG & TikTok) and physical channels (Notice Board, Posters)
Assist in organizing company events, team activities, and festive programs
Support internal community activities, including Knowledge Sharing and Benefit Club
- Benefit & Welfare
Manage and process employee welfare and benefits end-to-end
Address employee inquiries related to HR policies, leave, and entitlements
Prepare and submit HR reports and relevant documentation
- Support HR Team
Provide day-to-day HR administrative support to the team
Coordinate between employees, HR functions, and external vendors
Assist with onboarding to ensure new employees feel welcomed from Day 1
Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Communications, or a related field
Fresh graduates are welcome, or up to 1–3 years of experience in HR, Communications, or a related field
Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint)
Understands Employee Engagement concepts and can support structured feedback and listening programs effectively
Can create and manage internal content on Instagram and TikTok with strong storytelling ability, particularly for employee communication purposes
Proficient in Canva or Figma for designing posters, infographics, and visual materials
Service-minded with clear and approachable communication skills, able to explain HR policies and respond to employee inquiries effectively
It’s a plus if you have
Strong coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and liaise between employees, teams, and external vendors
Curious and open to adopting AI tools to improve work efficiency and quality of HR processes
