Wisesight is looking for a motivated and people-first individual to join our People & Culture team. In this role, you will support HR operations while playing an active part in building a positive, engaging, and communicative workplace. You'll work across four key areas — Benefits Operations, Employee Engagement Activities, Internal Communications, and Team Support — making this a well-rounded opportunity for someone who enjoys both people work and creative execution.

Job Description

  1. Culture & Internal Communication
    1. Manage official internal communication channels (Internal Website, Google Suite)

    2. Produce internal content across Social Media (IG & TikTok) and physical channels (Notice Board, Posters)

    3. Assist in organizing company events, team activities, and festive programs

    4. Support internal community activities, including Knowledge Sharing and Benefit Club

  2. Benefit & Welfare
    1. Manage and process employee welfare and benefits end-to-end

    2. Address employee inquiries related to HR policies, leave, and entitlements

    3. Prepare and submit HR reports and relevant documentation

  3. Support HR Team
    1. Provide day-to-day HR administrative support to the team

    2. Coordinate between employees, HR functions, and external vendors

    3. Assist with onboarding to ensure new employees feel welcomed from Day 1

    4. Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Communications, or a related field

  • Fresh graduates are welcome, or up to 1–3 years of experience in HR, Communications, or a related field

  • Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint)

  • Understands Employee Engagement concepts and can support structured feedback and listening programs effectively

  • Can create and manage internal content on Instagram and TikTok with strong storytelling ability, particularly for employee communication purposes

  • Proficient in Canva or Figma for designing posters, infographics, and visual materials

  • Service-minded with clear and approachable communication skills, able to explain HR policies and respond to employee inquiries effectively


It’s a plus if you have

  • Strong coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and liaise between employees, teams, and external vendors

  • Curious and open to adopting AI tools to improve work efficiency and quality of HR processes
