Wisesight is looking for a motivated and people-first individual who enjoys handling HR operations and supporting employees. As HR Executive (Benefits & Engagement), you will manage HRIS, employee welfare and benefits, support engagement activities, and provide HR support across the team. Reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential for this role.

Job Description

Benefits & HRIS

  • Manage HRIS to record employee lifecycle events (New Hire, Employee Movement, Resignation, Leave)

  • Manage and process employee welfare and benefits end-to-end

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases in both digital and physical formats

  • Address employee inquiries related to HR policies, leave, and entitlements

  • Prepare and submit HR reports and relevant documentation

  • Build and use AI tools to optimize productivity and quality of HR processes

Engagement & Activities

  • Assist in organizing company events, team activities, and festive programs

  • Support Quarterly Mood Check and Employee Engagement initiatives

  • Help coordinate the annual Team Trip and Wellbeing Programs

  • Support internal community activities, including Knowledge Sharing and Benefit Club

Team Support

  • Provide day-to-day HR administrative support to the team

  • Coordinate between employees, HR functions, and external vendors

  • Assist with onboarding to ensure new employees feel welcomed from Day 1

  • Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • Aged 22–25 years

  • Bachelor's degree — any field (HR, Business Administration, Psychology preferred)

  • Up to 1–2 years of experience in HR, Admin, or Operations, or a related field

  • Candidates with HR internship experience are also welcome to apply

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Thai and English

  • Passionate about fostering a healthy and positive workplace culture

  • Interpersonal, proactive, and goal-oriented

  • Experience in leadership and delivering results, whether through university activities or professional experience

  • Open-minded, active team player

  • Professional and personable communication skills — verbal, written, and non-verbal

Must Have — Role-Specific Skills

  • High Attention to Detail — HR data must be accurate. This is the top-priority skill for this role.

  • Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets — VLOOKUP, IF, COUNTIF, data manipulation

  • Familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Canva for basic Artwork

  • Proactive and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment

  • Open-minded team player with professional communication skills

  • Multi-tasking — can manage multiple recurring responsibilities and deadlines

  • High empathy — able to listen, support, and help address workplace concerns

  • Demonstrated leadership or event/activity experience (university clubs, organizing committees, or professional work counts)

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience supporting HR operations, benefits, welfare, or HRIS processes

  • Basic knowledge of Thai Labor Law, PDPA, Social Security

  • Familiarity with specific HRIS platforms (e.g., Empeo, Workday, or similar)

  • Curious and open to adopting AI tools to improve productivity and process quality

  • Comfortable working with HR systems (HRIS) and data management — accuracy and consistency are key
