About the job Internship - IT Solution Support
Key Objectives
Give assistance and technical support to other staff, so that they are able to perform tasks with the most comfort.
Roles and Responsibilities
Maintain and troubleshoot Hardware and Software.
Coordinate between people inside and outside the company
Do IT-related paper works and inventory process
Analyze the problems and able to provide simple solutions to the problems
- Able to do the non-IT-related tasks as requested (It won't happen very often, we promise!)
Qualification and Experience
- Graduated with at least the diploma or Bachelor Degree (Information Technology is a plus)
- Able to join internship 3+ months.
- Able to work onsite 3 days/week.
- Have knowledge about hardware system and equipment.
- Have knowledge about software and applications, for example, Windows, MacOS, Cloud applications
- Have knowledge about IT-related documents and IT access application
- Have knowledge about the Basic Network System
- Have good interpersonal skills, eager to learn new things (We're more than IT support, you know!)
