Key Objectives

Give assistance and technical support to other staff, so that they are able to perform tasks with the most comfort.

Roles and Responsibilities 

  • Maintain and troubleshoot Hardware and Software.

  • Coordinate between people inside and outside the company

  • Do IT-related paper works and inventory process

  • Analyze the problems and able to provide simple solutions to the problems

  • Able to do the non-IT-related tasks as requested (It won't happen very often, we promise!)

Qualification and Experience 

  • Graduated with at least the diploma or Bachelor Degree (Information Technology is a plus)
  • Able to join internship 3+ months.
  • Able to work onsite 3 days/week.
  • Have knowledge about hardware system and equipment.
  • Have knowledge about software and applications, for example, Windows, MacOS, Cloud applications
  • Have knowledge about IT-related documents and IT access application
  • Have knowledge about the Basic Network System
  • Have good interpersonal skills, eager to learn new things (We're more than IT support, you know!)
