About the job Personal Assistant to CEO

The purpose of this position is to increase CEO productivity on strategic tasks by handling non-strategics and general CEO administrative tasks. This role has no objective to CEOs non-professional works such as family duties, etc.


  1. Handle CEO time management
    • Co-manage CEO calendar, invitations, meeting, and events both internal and external without conflicts and unacceptable delays.

    • Reminder (soft-hard) both to CEO and all participants to CEO

  2. Follow up progress and boost CEO collaborations
    • Observe and taking notes from meetings without making decision beyond role.

    • Collect information from given meetings and related external associations.

    • Perform collaborations to follow up progress following assignments

  3. Organize CEO administrative duties.
    • Organize, arrange, and re-arrange mid to high level meetings and summary meeting minutes.

    • Administrate generic paper works such as form filling, request for signature/approval, deliveries, etc.


  • Bachelors degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Applied Science or related fields

  • 3+ years of working experience in Executive Assistant, Sales, or Account Executive

  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive in every approach

  • Excellent organization skills with a strong service mind.

  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written Thai and English.

  • Ability to work independently, collaboratively, and operate under pressure and within fast-paced environments.

  • Proficient in using computer applications such as Google Suite and Microsoft 365

It's a bonus if you ...

  • Have work experience as a Planner or Account Executive in Media/Creative Agency
  • Are fluent in Japanese and/or Mandarin
