Wisesight is seeking a high-potential and experienced Sales Executive to significantly expand our footprint within the Thai Government sector. Your mission is to actively hunt for new opportunities, manage the end-to-end bidding process, and leverage your existing network to deploy our Social Listening and Data Analytics solutions across ministries and state enterprises.
Key Responsibilities (Individual Contributor Role)
1. Opportunity Hunting & Lead Generation
Active Prospecting: Identify and qualify new sales leads within assigned government accounts using your existing professional network.
Initial Engagement: Conduct cold calls, meetings, and product demonstrations to introduce Wisesight’s solutions to high-ranking officials and decision-makers.
Sales Pipeline Management: Take full ownership of your personal sales funnel, ensuring a steady progression of deals to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
2. Bidding & Procurement Excellence
TOR Analysis: Read and deconstruct Terms of Reference (TOR) documents to identify technical requirements, evaluation criteria, and potential risks.
e-GP Operations: Navigate the Thai Government Electronic Procurement (e-GP) system fluently, managing everything from purchasing bid documents to electronic price submission.
Proposal Crafting: Prepare and compile comprehensive technical and commercial proposals that are 100% compliant with Thai procurement laws and Wisesight’s internal standards.
3. Relationship & Stakeholder Management
Key Account Maintenance: Build and sustain long-term, credible relationships with "Power Users" and "Decision Makers" within government units.
Consultative Selling: Act as a trusted advisor, helping government clients map their pain points (e.g., crisis management, public sentiment tracking) to Wisesight’s technical capabilities.
4. Cross-functional Collaboration
Technical Alignment: Work closely with the Pre-sales and Product teams to ensure that the proposed solution is technically feasible and addresses the specific needs mentioned in the TOR.
Compliance Check: Coordinate with Legal and Finance departments to ensure all contracts and documentation are accurate and legally sound.
Qualifications & Experience
Experience: 2-3 years of direct experience in Sales or Business Development, specifically selling IT solutions, SaaS, or digital services to the Thai Government sector.
Procurement Expertise: Solid hands-on experience with the Thai government bidding process, including deep knowledge of the 2017 Procurement Act and e-GP system.
Network: An active portfolio of connections within Thai ministries or state-owned enterprises (SOEs) that can be leveraged immediately.
Tech Savvy: Ability to understand and explain complex data analytics or social listening concepts to non-technical government audiences.

Bid Success Rate: Percentage of successful contract wins versus total bids submitted.
Pipeline Health: Value and volume of qualified opportunities generated per quarter.
Compliance: Zero disqualifications in the bidding process due to documentation errors.
