About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on content creator and SEO specialist with a passion for B2B marketing and social data. You will be responsible for driving product awareness, lead generation, and customer education through high-quality, SEO-optimized content that aligns with the customer journey and product value.

This role is perfect for someone who loves planning and writing strategic content, understands how SEO works in the B2B context, and is ready to collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute content strategies for Wisesight’s B2B products based on customer journey stages.
  • Write and manage long-form SEO content (articles, case studies, e-books) that aligns with keyword strategy and supports lead generation.
  • Plan and maintain a content calendar based on product updates, events, and campaign objectives.
  • Conduct keyword research using Ahrefs and optimize content using SEO best practices.
  • Monitor content performance using GA4, Google Search Console, and provide insights for improvement.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Customer Experience, PMs, and Outsource partners to ensure content consistency and accuracy.
  • Participate in developing content guidelines and contribute to the structure of a content pillar/hub system.
  • Stay updated on content and SEO trends relevant to the MarTech and SaaS industry.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or SEO, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.
  • Strong writing skills in Thai with a solid understanding of tone, structure, and storytelling. English proficiency is a plus.
  • Proficient in using WordPress, GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or similar SEO tools.
  • Proven experience in creating content that ranks and drives measurable traffic.
  • Knowledge of customer journey frameworks and ability to map content accordingly.
  • Excellent project management skills, self-driven, and comfortable working in cross-functional teams.

Bonus Points

  • Experience in social data, analytics, or MarTech products.
  • Ability to repurpose content into multiple formats (e.g., infographics, email campaigns).
  • A strong portfolio with published content or SEO results.
