Wisesight Data Analytics team is looking for a new team member who is passionate about providing top-notch administrative support and has a fun-loving attitude to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Data Analytics Team
Follow up on appointment calendars, meeting arrangements, agenda drafting, alerting important parties to prepare for the meeting, and noting each meeting.
Publish information assigned to department members and other relevant parties through the designated channels with correctness and consistency.
Prepare and gather accounting disbursement documentation pertinent to the department's operation, as well as documents for reservation requests for use of various office areas. This includes coordinating with the many parties involved.
There is coordination and follow-up of information with appropriate parties in order to generate a report summarizing the results of work.
Have good interpersonal relationships, a desire to collaborate with people and to create a nice work environment.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in any fields
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the administrative, secretary, project coordinator field will be advantageous.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision; detail-oriented and well-organized.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and in writing.
High responsibility, proactive and initiative idea, positive attitude and able to work under pressure with work on tight deadlines
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a diversified and critical environment.
Advanced administrative experience, including computer skills and knowledge of Google Workplace (Slide, Spreadsheet, Docs) and MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
