About the job Technical Sales Support (CRM Solutions)
Key Responsibilities:
- Creates detailed documentation of the solution, design and test cases
- Performs extensive testing of the software during development and integration with recorded results
- Is involved at all stages of project lifecycle
- Develop tools to assist in the development and testing of software with the aim of making it reproducible, automated and efficient.
- Provides support and troubleshoots problems occurring in production and QA
Competency/Skill Requirements
- At least a Bachelors/College degree in any of the following fields - Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
- Up to 2 years previous programming experience in an embedded systems or POS development environment.
- Basic knowledge of C/C++ programming is a must
- Knowledge of web based development tools/platforms/systems an advantage (e.g.HTML, CSS, Javascript)
- Telephony system (pbx) , CTI Linkage , CRM System integration experience.
