Position Overview

We are looking for a strategic and entrepreneurial Digital Marketing Manager to own the full-funnel growth engine for our AI-driven product ecosystem. Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, you will lead the go-to-market strategy, product positioning, and lead acquisition-to-conversion journey ensuring every marketing effort drives real business impact and qualified pipeline growth.

You will collaborate closely with Business, Sales, Customer Experience, and Product teams to bring products to market with the right positioning, right audience, and clear path to measurable traction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Go-To-Market & Launch Strategy

  • Shape product positioning and messaging to ensure market fit and differentiation
  • Lead end-to-end GTM launch planning from audience strategy to offer narrative
  • Develop campaign concepts that reflect customer insight and business objectives

2. Full-Funnel Demand Generation & Lead Engine

  • Build and optimize digital acquisition journeys across key channels (paid, inbound, outbound, EDM, etc.)
  • Design funnel strategies that focus on quality leads, not just volume
  • Strengthen MQL SQL Opportunity conversion in partnership with Sales

3. Conversion Strategy & Customer Experience

  • Improve landing experience, lead capture, retargeting, and nurturing workflows
  • Partner with CX and Product to remove friction and accelerate decision cycles
  • Identify key drop-off points and turn insight into conversion wins

4. Strategic Performance & Growth Ownership

  • Track and interpret funnel performance beyond ads and surface metrics
  • Suggest proactive growth moves, insights, and next-step opportunities
  • Operate with a balance of strategic thinking + execution mindset

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 4+ years of hands-on experience in in Digital Marketing, Growth, or Demand Generation (B2B preferred).
  • Strong experience in product go-to-market planning, lead acquisition, and conversion strategy.
  • Hands-on background in campaign strategy.
  • Sharp strategic thinking, business maturity, and execution speed.
  • Excellent communication skills in Thai & English.
