Customer Care Executive 

WishQue Pvt Ltd, Sri Lanka's foremost online retailer, is currently seeking a Customer Care Executive to assume the responsibility of managing all customer service duties at our esteemed Customer Care division. The ideal candidate will possess a high level of professionalism, a pleasant demean or, and a friendly disposition.

Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt, courteous, and efficient service to all customers.

  • Process customer orders and transactions with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Offer comprehensive information about products/services to customers and provide product recommendations based on their needs.
  • Manage inbound and outbound communication channels such as calls, live chats, emails, and order placements with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
  • Use computerized systems to identify and address customer concerns, and provide solutions that meet their needs.
  • Handle customer complaints in a professional and empathetic manner, with the goal of resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Process orders in a timely manner and ensure accuracy in order fulfillment.
  • Assist delivery personnel, walk-in customers, and customers picking up orders as needed.
  • Meet personal and team targets while adhering to communication guidelines and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer service role.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and find solutions.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.

  • Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and customer service software.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and managing time effectively.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts and schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

  • Age between 25 - 35 years
