E-commerce Warehouse & Inventory Supervisor

Are you experienced in warehouse operations, stock control and inventory management?

WishQue is looking for a responsible, hands-on Warehouse & Inventory Supervisor to take charge of our warehouse operations in Nawala.

You will manage a well-establishedfacility with approximately 2,000 SKUs of stock items, supporting our bakery, floral and e-commerce operations.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee daily receiving, storage, issuing and stock transfers.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using our digital systems.
• Supervise and coordinate a small warehouse team.
• Conduct regular stock counts and resolve stock discrepancies.
• Monitor stock availability, wastage, expiry dates and reorder requirements.
• Maintain an organised, efficient and accountable warehouse.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• At least 2 years' experience in stores, inventory or warehouse operations.
• Good knowledge of stock control, GRNs and inventory documentation.
• Confidence using Excel and computerised stock management systems.
• Strong organisational, problem-solving and team-supervision skills.
• A practical, hands-on attitude and a strong sense of responsibility.

A degree is not essential. Relevant experience and ability matter most.
