TMS Financials is an established Sydney accounting firm that's been helping Australian businesses for over 30 years. We're looking for a Virtual Administrator to join our friendly team and help keep things running smoothly.
You'll be working directly with our Sydney team - this is real client work, not call center or BPO work.

What You'll Do
Daily Tasks:
- Answer phones and emails from clients in a friendly, professional way
- Keep client files organized and up-to-date
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Follow up with clients when we need information
What We're Looking For
Experience:
- At least 3 years working in a virtual office environment
Skills:
- Good English communication (speaking and writing)
- Friendly phone manner for talking with clients
- Reliable and able to work independently from home
- Attention to detail
What We Offer
- Good Pay: PHP 35,000 - 40,000 monthly plus 13th month bonus
- Sign-On Bonus: Receive a one-time bonus equivalent to one month's salary when you join our team
