We are seeking a Senior Tax Accountant to join our rapidly expanding team. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of Australian Public Practice experience, a passion for client engagement, and the ability to independently manage their own client portfolio.

Job Summary:
Your responsibilities will include overseeing client accounts, providing strategic financial advice, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and fostering strong client relationships. Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Oversee a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring their financial needs are met and providing exceptional service.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and strategic financial advice.
- Manage tax compliance, including preparation and lodgement of tax returns, and stay up to date with changes in tax legislation.
- Assist clients with business planning, budgeting, and financial forecasting, identifying opportunities for financial improvement.
- Continuously evaluate and improve internal accounting processes and systems, implementing best practices.
- Participate in the development and execution of firm-wide strategic initiatives.
- Assist in the onboarding of new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and understanding of their financial needs.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for new business development and client acquisition.
By fulfilling these responsibilities, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients' financial success and contributing to the growth and excellence of our firm.
Skills and Experience:
- High level of integrity and honesty.
- At least 4 years of Australian Public Practice experience.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Experience using Xero Practice Manager (XPM), Xero Tax proficiency.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
