Job Overview:

We're looking for a high-level Intermediate Bookkeeper with solid experience in Australian public practice bookkeeping. This position involves a variety of bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple clients, including data entry, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting.

• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing.

• Prepare and lodge BAS and IAS.

• Liaise with the ATO and clients to address queries and provide solutions.

• Identify and suggest process improvements to increase efficiency.

What You'll Bring:

• Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal are essential.
• Minimum 4 years of bookkeeping experience in an Australian public practice.

• Proficiency in Xero and MYOB.

• Strong understanding of BAS, IAS, and Australian payroll regulations.

• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client accounts.

• Proactive attitude and client-focused approach.
