Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bookkeeper and Executive Assistant to streamline our daily operations and support our Executive team. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with strong leadership and financial management skills who thrives in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations, improve processes, manage IT needs, and coordinate with internal teams.
  • Manage administrative functions, including scheduling, communication, and meeting coordination for the Executive team.
  • Handle financial processes such as bookkeeping, payroll, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
  • Lead and support internal training initiatives and track key performance indicators.

Skills & Experience:

  • Qualified Accountant or Bookkeeper with a degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Australian bookkeeping.
  • Proven leadership, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
  • Proficient in Xero, Microsoft Office, and cloud-based SaaS platforms.
