We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Client Manager to join our team, managing client relationships and overseeing financial operations.

Position Summary:
As our Senior Client Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of clients while leading and supporting your team. In this role, you will review work, mentor team members, and manage workflow to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
- Provide strategic financial advice and insights to help clients achieve their business goals and enhance financial performance.
- Oversee the delivery of accounting, tax, and advisory services, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance.
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of accountants and support staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Conduct regular client meetings, review financial statements, and present key findings and recommendations.
- Stay informed on changes in accounting standards, tax laws, and industry trends to provide up-to-date, strategic advice.
- Ensure all client deliverables meet quality standards and comply with relevant regulations.
Skills:
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in Australian public practice accounting.
- Strong understanding of Australian accounting principles, tax laws, and financial regulations.
- Proven ability to manage and develop client relationships.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Experience reviewing and mentoring junior accounting staff.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software Xero, QuickBooks, BGL and HandiSoft preferred, but not essential.
