Job Overview

In this role, you'll take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and ensuring an exceptional client and candidate experience. You'll work closely with firm owners, gaining a deep understanding of their hiring needs and helping them build teams that drive performance and growth.

Key Requirements:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment from job intake to successful placement
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their firms culture, team dynamics, and hiring needs
  • Draft clear, compelling job descriptions tailored to each clients requirements and market positioning
  • Source qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and talent databases
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews to assess qualifications, cultural fit, and communication skills
  • Coordinate interview logistics between clients and candidates, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for both parties
  • Support onboarding processes, including setting expectations, guiding candidates through documentation, and ensuring a seamless handover to the client
  • Maintain up-to-date candidate and client records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Provide regular updates and clear communication to clients throughout the hiring process
  • Continuously improve recruitment workflows, tools, and templates to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction
  • Stay current on market trends and hiring best practices within the accounting and bookkeeping industry

Who were looking for

  • 3+ years of experience in Recruitment (accounting / bookkeeping industry preferred)
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
  • Strong English written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Team-oriented and customer-service focused approach
