As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Senior Accountant with at least 5 years of Australian Tax Accountant experience in Public Practice.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards, excellent analytical skills, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

What's on offer:
- Salary package, from 145,000 to 160,000 pesos per month (depending on experience).

Job Summary:
As the Senior Accountant, your role will entail managing all production accounting tasks, such as preparing, reviewing, and analysing financial statements and meeting taxation obligations, ensuring high-quality and professional accounting results.
You should possess a solid understanding of Australian taxation regulations, proficient bookkeeping skills, and familiarity with administrative procedures. Experience with Xero software is also required for this position.
The job will also include training to become a Team Leader (reviewing and quality control of less experienced team members' work).
Your responsibilities will also include:
- Preparation of monthly and quarterly business activity statements.
- Preparation of annual tax returns & financial accounts for SMSF.
- Prepare and review financial statements for different entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant accounting standards.
- Preparation and filing of individual, company, partnership, and trust tax returns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and addressing their accounting and tax-related needs.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations.
- Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
- Stay updated on changes in tax laws and accounting standards, and participate in ongoing professional development activities.
What We're Looking For
- At least 7+ years of experience in Australian public practice
- Solid understanding of Australian tax compliance and accounting principles
- Proficiency in Xero, XPM
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Excellent written and spoken English communication
