Job Descriptions
The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing and growing the customer base to meet sales and profit objectives.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Manage and grow existing customers to achieve sales and profit objectives.
- Maintain and develop good support with customers in person, calls, and emails.
- Visit customers regularly to make good relationships.
- Address and coordinate all customer's inquiries.
- Improve overall business flow for each customer.
- Sales & Quotation Support:
- Support quotation requests from customers.
- Account management (quality issues, PCN, EOL, new projects, agreements, etc.).
- Check the latest market, customer production, and demand trend.
- Plan quantity to issue an order to Semiconductor makers.
- Share customer information with $\text{HQ/SG/HK}$ members ( = marketing team).
- Operations & System Maintenance:
- Stock level management to avoid aging stock/deadstock.
- Handle AR discrepancies.
- System update for every new part and price change.
- Update exchange rate every month.
Qualification & Requirements
- Education: Degree holder.
- Language Skills:
- Ability to speak and write in English (required).
- Ability to speak and write in Japanese (if possible).
- Core Competencies:
- Interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as a team.
