Upcountry/Sub-Distributor/Dealer Sales Representative (FMCG) 

Location: Bangrak, Bangkok // Employment Type: Full-time
Working hours: Monday - Friday (9:00-18:00)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Upcountry / Sub-Distributor / Dealer Sales Representative with a strong background in FMCG, Cosmetics, or Personal Care products. This is an on-field role responsible for expanding distribution coverage across Thailand by appointing and managing sub-distributors and dealers in all regions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and expand upcountry markets by appointing sub-distributors and dealers in assigned regions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and key regional partners.
- Achieve sales targets and distribution expansion goals.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor sales performance, stock availability, and merchandising.
- Identify new business opportunities and market potential in each region
- Coordinate with the Bangkok head office on sales plans, promotions, and product launches.
- Provide market feedback, competitor analysis, and sales reports to management.

Qualifications:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in FMCG / Cosmetics / Personal Care industry.
- Strong on-field sales experience, preferably in distributor or dealer management.
- Willingness to travel frequently outside Bangkok.
- Proven ability to appoint and manage sub-distributors / dealers nationwide.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken. 
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
