Supply Chain Manager

Job Title: Supply Chain Manager
Division: Supply Chain Report to: President
Subordinates: Planning & Order processing department, Warehouse department, Procurement department
Budget: 100K- 150K

MAJOR TASKS:

Direct an aspect of production planning, material planning, warehousing, inventory management control, function.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Inventory planning & Order processing
• Production planning and scheduling
• CGMPs Warehousing, receiving of RM, PM and delivery of FG 
• Improving all process in the department groups to maximize available resources
• Effective link between internal and external to provide highest possible service Level
• Maximize utilization of the resources e.g. warehouse space
• Participate in annual budgeting & planning process to establish key operating targets for following fiscal year
• Optimize lead time for warehouse and planning
• Semi-automate warehouse operation (via bar coding system)
• Establish long-range warehouse requirement (in term of pallet space) HR development as per regional guideline

Qualifications:

1. Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Pharmacy, or Business.
2. MBA or Master's in Logistics, Operations, or related field (preferred).
3. 10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain roles within pharmaceutical or regulated industries
