Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (360-degree recruitment), including business development, client management, and candidate sourcing.
- Conduct cold calling and outreach to develop new client relationships and generate job opportunities.
- Handle recruitment for IT positions, such as Software Development, Infrastructure, and related roles.
- Support non-IT recruitment, including Engineering, Manufacturing, and other business functions as required.
- Actively record and update information via internal CRM, e.g., candidate progress, interviews, client calls, etc.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and ensure timely follow-ups throughout the hiring process.
- Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates to match client requirements.
- Coordinate interviews, provide candidate feedback, and manage offer negotiations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition function within a recruitment agency.
- Proven experience in hiring IT roles (Developer, Infrastructure, or both). Non-IT recruiters with successful IT placements are also welcome.
- Willingness to grow into a 360-degree Recruitment Consultant role.
- Comfortable with cold calling and proactive client development.
- Willing to recruit both IT and non-IT positions, including Engineering and Manufacturing job functions.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
