Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (360-degree recruitment), including business development, client management, and candidate sourcing.
  • Conduct cold calling and outreach to develop new client relationships and generate job opportunities.
  • Handle recruitment for IT positions, such as Software Development, Infrastructure, and related roles.
  • Support non-IT recruitment, including Engineering, Manufacturing, and other business functions as required.
  • Actively record and update information via internal CRM, e.g., candidate progress, interviews, client calls, etc.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and ensure timely follow-ups throughout the hiring process.
  • Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates to match client requirements.
  • Coordinate interviews, provide candidate feedback, and manage offer negotiations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition function within a recruitment agency.
  • Proven experience in hiring IT roles (Developer, Infrastructure, or both). Non-IT recruiters with successful IT placements are also welcome.
  • Willingness to grow into a 360-degree Recruitment Consultant role.
  • Comfortable with cold calling and proactive client development.
  • Willing to recruit both IT and non-IT positions, including Engineering and Manufacturing job functions.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
