About the Company: 
Our client is a fast-growing Thai start-up specializing in innovative lighting solutions. With our in-house manufacturing capability, we provide customized lighting products that meet client requirements across various industries. As the company continues to expand and take on new large-scale projects, we are looking for a driven and strategic Project Sales Manager to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in the lighting market across multiple industries.
- Identify and engage new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers from both private and government sectors.
- Work closely with clients to understand project requirements and provide tailored lighting solutions in collaboration with the factory team.
- Manage the full project sales cycle from lead generation, proposal, and negotiation to project delivery and after-sales service.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and business opportunities to develop effective sales plans.
- Collaborate with management to set targets, forecast revenue, and align sales efforts with company growth objectives.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve business goals and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in lighting, electrical, or construction-related project sales.
- Strong network and proven track record dealing with both government and private sector projects.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and ready to grow with a fast-expanding organization.
