Working hours: Monday-Friday (9:00-18:00)
About the Role:
Our client is seeking a Sales Executive/Agent Export to expand the company's FMCG export business across global markets. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in international trading, strong relationships and connections with importers globally, and a solid understanding of export documentation and Incoterms (International Commercial Terms).
This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about international trade, consumer products, and developing overseas markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow export sales for FMCG products in international markets.
- Identify and build relationships with importers, distributors, and trade partners globally.
- Handle export processes and documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations and shipping standards.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with overseas clients.
- Monitor international market trends, pricing, and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing, logistics, and delivery.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- (For Agent role) Ability to work part-time or remotely on a commission-based arrangement.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in FMCG export sales or trading.
- Strong connections with international importers and trading companies.
- Solid knowledge of Incoterms (International Commercial Terms), export documentation, and international trade compliance.
- Proficiency in English is preferred (both written and spoken).
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
- (For Agent role) Ability to work part-time or remotely on a commission-based arrangement.
