Sales Executive (FMCG/Personal Care)

Location: Bangrak, Bangkok (field-based) Employment: Full-time
Working hours:
Monday - Friday (9:00-18:00)

Role Summary

Drive sell-in/sell-out and open new doors in Bangkok & vicinity for FMCG/Personal Care products. You will build strong in-store presence, execute promotions, and keep a disciplined route plan (call cycle) to hit monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities: 
- Acquire & grow accounts, Modern Trade: Work with buyers to list SKUs, launch promotions, and manage store activation.
- Deliver targets: Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and distribution KPIs (coverage, strike rate, new outlets/SKUs, SOS/OSA).
- Route & reporting: Plan daily route plan/call cycle; submit weekly pipeline and market reports (sell-in/sell-out, competitor activity).
- In-store execution: Negotiate and implement promotions, secondary displays, POP/planogram compliance; ensure price/stock accuracy.
- Cross-functional coordination: Work with pricing, trade marketing, demand planning, and warehouse on orders, stocks, and delivery windows.
- Customer management: Build relationships with shop owners/buyers; handle issues on returns, damages, and overdue (as assigned).

Qualifications: 
- 
At least 3-5 years sales experience with Bangkok-area FMCG distributors/brands in Modern Trade (must know the route base and listing process).
- Strong network and hands-on knowledge of Modern Trade chains in Bangkok & vicinity.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken. 
- 
Own vehicle + license for field visits.
- Comfortable with Excel and simple LINE/online reporting; disciplined with call-cycle compliance and sales admin.
