Division Manager (Application)

Job Description

• Define and execute business and application strategies to drive growth.

• Manage project quality, cost, delivery timelines, and overall performance.

• Lead, hire, and develop application development teams.

• Strengthen collaboration with customers, partners, and overseas teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project or application management experience (web/application systems).

• Strong understanding of the full SDLC and business application development.

• Proven experience managing large teams (10+ members) and budgets (P&L).

• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
