Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director to lead and scale our sales organization in the trading and distribution of agricultural tools, hardware tools, and construction-related products. This leadership role requires a seasoned sales professional with deep industry knowledge, strategic planning expertise, and a proven ability to drive revenue growth and team performance in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives for market share growth and revenue generation across target segments.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, setting clear KPIs, providing training, and ensuring goal alignment.
- Build strong relationships with key distributors, channel partners, and retail customers to drive long-term partnerships and loyalty.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive positioning, and new business opportunities in both local and regional markets.
- Oversee the sales operations process including pricing, contract negotiation, and customer relationship management (CRM).
- Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and product teams to align strategies and ensure smooth execution of go-to-market plans.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reporting to the executive team, including forecasts, budgets, and ROI analysis.
- Identify and develop new revenue streams, including expanding into new markets or product categories.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and ethical practices in all sales activities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 10 years of sales experience in trading/distribution, specifically in agricultural tools, hardware tools, or construction products.
- Proven track record of leading and scaling sales teams with measurable success.
- Strong business acumen with experience in strategic planning and P&L management.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales performance metrics.
- Ability to travel as needed for regional business development and partner engagement.
