Position: Creative Head (Design Industry)
Salary: 200,000 - 300,000 THB

Role Overview

As the Creative Head, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence across all departments, ensuring project success, and supporting strategic growth. You will bring a deep understanding of the design industry and possess both local and international experience in managing complex projects.


Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple departments, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Lead project planning and execution for large-scale design and construction projects.
- Optimize workflow processes, resource allocation, and cost-efficiency.
- Liaise and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.
- Implement and monitor KPIs and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with design, finance, and business development teams to ensure cohesive operations.
- Identify risks and provide proactive solutions to maintain project timelines and budgets.
- Mentor and lead operational teams to foster growth and performance.


Requirements
- Proven experience in operations leadership roles within the design, architecture, or creative industries.
- Strong project management background, with experience in large-scale or complex projects.
- Solid connections and network within the design or related industries, both locally and internationally.
- Prior experience working in reputable local or international companies.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluent in Thai and English
