Job Responsibilities:

  3. Develop comprehensive technical documentation to guide customers in product configuration and usage.
  4. Address and resolve technical issues efficiently to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  1. Fluency in both Thai and Chinese is required.
  2. A Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science, Electronics, Communications, or a related STEM field is preferred.
  3. Previous experience in product testing or technical support is an advantage.
  4. Strong communication, analytical, and teamwork skills are essential for this role.
