Production Supervisor - Garment Manufacturing

Responsibilities:

• Support smooth production operations and team coordination.
• Plan workloads and schedules to ensure workflow across departments.
• Work with the assistant production manager to meet productivity and deadlines.
• Monitor production quality and efficiency.
• Coach supervisors and solve production issues.
• Analyze problems, identify root causes, and implement preventive measures.
• Minimize downtime and optimize resource use.
• Supervise staff performance and ensure output meets quality standards.
• Coordinate with related departments for seamless operations.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years in manufacturing; 5+ years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in footwear/apparel is a plus.
• Strong in production management, time management, and organization.
• Results-oriented with solid decision-making and attention to detail.
• Skilled in manpower management.
• Self-motivated, flexible, and works well under pressure.
• Good English communication.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
