Responsibilities:
- Share and sell products or services by clearly showing how they benefit customers.
- Understand what customers need and help them see the value in what we offer.
- Build strong, positive relationships with customers and business partners.
- Work closely with teammates and other departments to deliver great results.
- Handle negotiations, close deals, and address any concerns or complaints.
- Keep an eye on the market, track sales, and stay updated on progress.
- Quickly solve customer problems to make sure they're happy and satisfied.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of IT sales experience.
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
- Basic knowledge of networking (Cisco, Aruba), servers, storage, and cloud (Windows, Linux, AWS, Azure)
- Familiar with security tools (Cisco, Palo Alto, FortiGate)
- Proficient with MS Office and comfortable with IT systems and applications.
- Skilled at proposing solutions and winning customer awards.
- Strong marketing and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven and focused on results.
- Confident presenter and communicator.
- Fluent in English.
