Key Responsibilities
- Own product sales strategy by driving new opportunities, renewals, and customer engagement.
- Consult and design solutions tailored to customer needs using available products.
- Manage sales operations including administration, documentation, and coordination.
- Facilitate stakeholder collaboration between internal teams and external partners for service readiness.
Qualifications
- Pre-sales expertise with at least 5 years of experience in IT security products/services (Antivirus, EDR, SOC, etc.).
- Cybersecurity knowledge including foundational security principles, proposal development, and solution presentation.
- Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating effective communication, negotiation, and a service-oriented approach.
- Adaptability and problem-solving, showcasing initiative, logical thinking, multitasking, and resilience under pressure.
