Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the hospitality or healthcare sectors.
- Leverage industry connections to establish and strengthen relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor services and solutions to meet client needs and market demands.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans aligned with company goals and market trends.
- Manage and track sales pipelines, forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Attend industry events, networking functions, and conferences to stay abreast of market developments and increase brand visibility.
- Prepare and present proposals, pitch decks, and business cases for prospective clients and investors.
- Support the companys expansion into new markets through feasibility studies and market research.
- Contribute to marketing strategies, promotional campaigns, and brand positioning efforts.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of competitors, industry trends, and customer behaviors.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in project management, ideally in the hospitality or healthcare industry.
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships.
- Strong industry network and the ability to build rapport and trust with key stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success in driving business growth and managing high-impact projects.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
