Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Talent Acquisition Strategies: Design and implement innovative and effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives and growth plans. This includes employer branding, sourcing methodologies, candidate experience, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Lead and manage the Talent Acquisition Team: Provide strong leadership, coaching, and mentorship to a team of recruiters, fostering their professional development and ensuring high performance. Set clear goals, track progress, and provide regular feedback.
  • Strategic Sourcing and Pipeline Development: Oversee the development and execution of proactive sourcing strategies to build robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Utilize various channels, including online platforms, networking events, and partnerships.
  • Employer Branding and Candidate Experience: Enhance and promote our employer brand to attract top talent. Champion a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle.
  • Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with HRBP, hiring managers, and senior leadership across all departments to understand their talent needs, provide strategic guidance, and build strong collaborative relationships.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Track and analyze key talent acquisition metrics to identify trends, measure the effectiveness of strategies, and provide data-driven insights to improve performance and inform decision-making.
  • Recruitment Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and optimize the recruitment process to ensure efficiency, fairness, and compliance with relevant regulations. Implement best practices and leverage technology to streamline workflows.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, search firms, and other talent acquisition vendors as needed.
  • Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I): Drive and champion DE&I initiatives within the talent acquisition process to build a diverse and inclusive workforce.
  • Budget Management: Manage the talent acquisition budget effectively, ensuring cost-efficient and impactful spending.
  • Stay Informed on Industry Trends: Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in talent acquisition, HR technology, and the competitive landscape.

Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field from a prominent university.
    • At least 10-15 years in Talent Acquisition with significant executive search experience (AVP, VP, C-Level, and others).
    • Strong analytical skills & problem-solving skills to optimize recruitment strategy for the TA team towards the annual headcount KPI of 250-300 headcounts, including executive hires.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with executive-level influence.
    • Experience managing and developing a high-performing team, including executive recruitment support.
    • Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels, such as HRBP, hiring managers, and senior leadership across all departments.
    • Strong English proficiency (written and spoken).
    • Reliable and scrupulous.
    • Good personality, attitude, and interpersonal skills.
