R&D Manager - Automotive

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new opportunities for NVH solutions in the automotive industry.
• Research market trends and understand customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.
• Present NVH products to customers and clearly explain their benefits.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and collaborate with the procurement team to ensure product availability and competitive pricing.
• Help customers choose the right NVH materials and solutions, in close coordination with procurement to meet client requirements.
• Work closely with engineering and R&D teams to meet customer needs and provide innovative NVH solutions.
• Provide expert advice on automotive acoustics, soundproofing, and insulation, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and procurement processes.
• Stay updated on new NVH technologies and industry standards to provide cutting-edge solutions to customers.
• Collaborate with R&D teams to improve existing products and develop new ones that meet market demands.
• Develop marketing plans and materials to promote NVH solutions, in alignment with procurement strategies and customer needs.
• Attend industry events and trade shows to expand the companys network and create opportunities for collaboration with procurement teams.
• Create sales materials, technical guides, and case studies to support business growth and enhance relationships with procurement teams and key clients

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years in NVH R&D at automotive manufacturers or Tier One suppliers
• Strong background in NVH engineering, automotive acoustics, and insulation materials
• Experience in technical sales, business development, or marketing in the automotive sector
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Ability to work with engineers, sales teams, and customers
• Can explain technical details in a clear and simple way
• Proficiency in English
