Responsibilities:

  • Implement, configure, and continuously improve the CMMS system in alignment with group policies.
  • Design and manage comprehensive Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules and ensure 100% execution.
  • Ensure availability of critical spare parts and manage technical documentation (electrical diagrams, PID, and backups).
  • Monitor and analyze Maintenance KPIs to detect variances and implement corrective action plans.
  • Conduct Breakdown Analysis (RCFA) and identify equipment obsolescence to anticipate lifecycle replacements.
  • Apply Lean / Six Sigma tools to study bottlenecks and reduce production losses.
  • Analyze weekly/monthly raw material discrepancies (waste balance, over-consumption, and mass balance).
  • Supervise the maintenance budget, including spare parts procurement and external contractor management.
  • Provide high-level technical support to other departments.
  • Upskill line leaders, technicians, and operators to improve their technical understanding of process equipment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Maintenance Planning, Reliability Engineering, or Technical Management, preferably in the Food, Beverage, or FMCG industry.
  • Strong proficiency in CMMS software (e.g., SAP, Maximo, or similar).
  • Solid understanding of Preventive & Predictive Maintenance principles.
  • Ability to read and update electrical diagrams, P&IDs, and technical manuals.
  • Advanced data analysis skills (Excel/Reporting tools) with a focus on KPIs and Waste Analysis.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or TPM is highly desirable.
  • Strong leadership, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams on the production floor.
