Accounting and Finance Manager (Manufacturing)

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage financial operations for all international entities, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
• Consolidate financial statements and prepare management reports in line with corporate requirements.
• Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP) and relevant tax regulations.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes to support strategic decision-making.

• Monitor and optimize cash flow, working capital, and foreign currency exposure.

• Coordinate external and internal audits, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to audit requirements.
• Implement and enhance accounting systems, controls, and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, HR, and Business Development on financial planning and cost control.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management to support global business expansion.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) preferred.

• Minimum 810 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, with at least 3 years in a managerial or regional role.

• Experience in multinational environments or handling multiple legal entities.

• Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP, taxation, and financial consolidation.

• Hands-on experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities.

• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
