System Analyst

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document system requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals
• Analyze existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement
• Create comprehensive technical documentation, including system specifications, architectural diagrams, user guides, and training materials
• Develop and maintain system design documents, including process flows and use cases
• Work closely with development teams to ensure solutions are implemented according to specifications
• Provide support and training to end-users to ensure successful system adoption
• Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in system analysis and design

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
• 2+ years of experience in system analysis or a related field
• Proficiency with system design tools and methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Capable of working independently and managing multiple priorities
• Experience with databases such as MSSQL, Oracle, or PostgreSQL
• Flexible working hours
• Familiarity with data modeling and database design
