Position: Creative Design Director - Immersive Spaces

About the Role
We are seeking a visionary Creative Design Director to lead the transformation of concepts into immersive physical spaces. This role requires a creative leader who can seamlessly integrate architecture, interior design, and experiential storytelling to craft environments that are visually striking, functionally seamless, and emotionally engaging.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary design team in creating innovative and immersive environments.
- Oversee the full design process from conceptualization to execution across- architecture, interiors, and spatial experiences.
- Ensure design solutions are visually impactful, operationally efficient, and emotionally resonant for diverse audiences.
- Collaborate closely with clients and stakeholders to understand project goals and deliver tailored design strategies.
- Translate creative visions into practical design solutions while maintaining excellence in detail and quality.
- Stay up to date with global design trends, emerging technologies, and new materials to push creative boundaries.
- Present concepts and lead design pitches to clients and partners with confidence and clarity.

Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
- Proven experience (10+ years) in design leadership, with a strong portfolio of immersive, spatial, or experiential projects.
- Strong ability to balance creativity with functional requirements and project feasibility.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
- Deep knowledge of design processes, project management, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
- Passion for creating environments that amplify and enrich the visitor experience.
