Location: Huai Khwang, Bangkok (Near BTS/MRT)
Working hours: Monday-Friday (08:30-17:30 hrs.)/ Flexible hours.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze and Develop Forecasts:
Develop and manage statistical demand forecasts by thoroughly analyzing historical sales data, market trends, product seasonality, promotional inputs, and sales team insights.
- Technique Application:
Utilize advanced forecasting techniques and statistical modeling to improve forecast accuracy, systematically identifying and resolving irregularities or anomalies in demand data.
- Accuracy Monitoring:
Continuously monitor forecast performance (accuracy and bias) against actual sales and adjust demand plans dynamically to reflect changing market conditions, competitive actions, or shifts in customer behavior.
- S&OP Leadership:
Lead and actively participate in the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process, facilitating cross-functional alignment between demand forecasts and supply strategies to drive business objectives.
- Insight Gathering:
Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to gather critical market intelligence, align consensus demand plans, and integrate business objectives into the final forecast.
- Data Coordination:
Coordinate with multiple internal departments (e.g., Finance, Product Management) to ensure accurate utilization of relevant data for comprehensive planning purposes.
- Inventory Optimization:
Partner with Inventory Management, Sales Planning, and Warehouse Operations teams to translate demand plans into actionable inventory strategies, optimizing stock levels to minimize excess inventory, obsolete stock, and stockouts.
- Reporting:
Generate comprehensive demand planning reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support executive decision-making and proactively identify potential business risks or opportunities.
- Process Enhancement:
Identify, recommend, and implement opportunities for process improvement within the demand planning function to enhance operational efficiency, data integrity, and forecast reliability.
- Continuous Improvement:
Stay current on evolving industry trends, technology tools, and best practices in demand forecasting and S&OP to continuously elevate the department's capabilities.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or related roles.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel: Pivot table, Vlookup, Power BI, or similar).
- Knowledge of Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) processes and inventory management.
- Certification in Supply Chain or Demand Planning is an advantage.
- Excellent communication in English. (Interview with the Indonesian General Manager as the Final round)
- Accountability and strong presentation skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Leadership abilities (experience in team or subordinate management preferred).
