Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize the CRM platform to ensure accurate customer data, effective tracking of client interactions, and increased system adoption across teams.
  • Act as the main liaison for clients by understanding their objectives, resolving issues, and ensuring all account activities align with client expectations.
  • Collaborate with clients to collect detailed requirements and translate them into clear action plans, working closely with internal teams to ensure successful delivery.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to support smooth execution of client solutions and strategic initiatives.
  • Prepare, review, and oversee pricing models, contractual terms, and agreement timelines in compliance with company policies and client requirements.
  • Evaluate CRM data to track account performance, identify trends, and provide insights and reports to internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Oversee end-to-end client campaign execution, including coordination with external partners, securing approvals, and ensuring on-time delivery.
  • Continuously assess and enhance CRM processes to improve client satisfaction and account management efficiency.
  • Provide guidance, supervision, and support to junior team members.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in account management, client servicing, or a related role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong interest and enthusiasm in working with CRM platforms.
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Effective problem-solving ability with adaptability to changing business environments.
