Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve ambitious annual sales targets for industrial boilers and related services within the designated territory (Samut Prakan and surrounding areas).
  • Actively prospect, identify, and secure new business opportunities with target industrial clients, particularly those with significant steam or thermal energy requirements.
  • Manage and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Lead the entire sales cycle, from initial lead generation and technical consultation to quotation preparation, negotiation, and final contract closing.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to understand competitor activities, pricing strategies, and emerging customer needs in the boiler industry.
  • Work closely with the Engineering/Technical team to ensure proposed solutions meet customer specifications, regulatory requirements, and cost-effective standards.
  • Prepare detailed technical and commercial proposals, tenders, and presentations tailored to the client's specific operational needs.
  • Oversee the contract review process, ensuring all commercial terms are favorable and compliant with company policy.
  • Provide regular, accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to Senior Management.
  • Serve as the primary interface between Japanese HQ/Management and the local Thai operations/clients.
  • Mentor and guide junior sales staff (if applicable) to enhance their technical sales capabilities.
  • Crucially, conduct all business communications, negotiations, and documentation in professional English.

Requirements:

  • Must be a Japanese National.
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of proven success in B2B technical sales, preferably within the Heavy Industry, Power Generation, HVAC, or Industrial Boiler/Pressure Vessel sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate complex contracts, excellent presentation skills, and a proactive, target-oriented mindset.
  • English: Fluent/Near-Native proficiency in both written and spoken English is essential for daily operations, reporting, and client interaction.
  • Must be willing and able to work full-time in the Samut Prakan area and travel locally as required for client visits.
