Project Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Execute project plans and adjust them to align with client and business needs
• Manage projects to achieve objectives and deliver results on time
• Communicate and coordinate with team members to ensure daily tasks are clearly understood
• Maintain complete, up-to-date, and well-organized project documentation
• Prepare project proposals, draft TORs, define scope of work, budgets, and development plans
• Coordinate with clients and team members to provide regular project updates
• Possess experience working with development teams such as Developers, Testers, and System Analysts

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science or related fields
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain tasks clearly
• Good understanding of project objectives and client requirements
• Ability to assess project timelines and risks
• Service-minded, quick-thinking, and able to work well in a team
• Immediate availability is a plus
• Masters degree (MBA, IT Management, Information Technology) is an advantage
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum Master, or ITIL are a plus
